All our new clients must follow the following procedure:
National customers must fill out the 0170 format and attach all the documentation demanded by the DIAN (Click to download format). This documentation must be sent to TRANSLAGO’s main office in Bogota in its original form. (We would be contact them in the next 3 days to arrange a visit)

From the moment that we receive the documentation the process of data verification starts. The references are confirmed and the client is investigated.

When the client is approved it will be inform to them immediately so that they make the corresponding booking.

 

International Clients

In order to start shipments with Translago you need to fill out the Credit Application form and sign the terms and conditions. Please as soon as you fill them out send it as soon as possible to start the verification process at evillalobos@translago.com and nicolas@translago.com . (Click to download Credit Application)

If you are not applying for credit, we still verify the information of the Credit Application form and together we will arrange the payment terms.

Is very important  for us to receive the instructions of your shipment, please include Broker at destination, farms that will ship, quantities, and any other additional information or requirement needed such as phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origen, Invoices etc.
